We are a one-stop-shop of massage therapy, body treatments,  enhanced beauty, nail care, skincare, health and wellness plans, child wellness, onsite nanny child care in a beautiful tranquil, calm environment.  We will stand out above and beyond other Salons and Spas as we will also someday soon provide onsite child care, incorporate networking events for our professionals and to hold benefits and seminars for our community. 
 
The employees are all independent contractors wherein they will inherently earn a higher salary than those from other popular salons and spas.  There is an overwhelming need in the marketplace for a concept like this.  The underlying inspiration and driver in designing this new concept is simply to help as many people as possible!

Emily Sanders, LMT/Owner conceptualized this ever-evolving business for many reasons.  The main reason is to assist practitioners in the health and beauty industry to increase their opportunities to earn a higher salary, create their own financial freedom that makes sense for their family, and to potentially own a franchise in the future.  Once this proven concept is recognized in the community, Emily's objective is to subsequently create a program wherein she would financially assist qualifying entrepreneurs to build their own Ilaria Salon and Spa Franchise.
