On June 5th, 2021 Emily Sanders was crowned
Miss Colorado for America Strong 2021
 

Growing up a competitive dancer in Denver, CO Emily aspired to be a professional dancer and moved to Las Vegas, NV when she was 20.  For nearly 10 years she worked on multiple shows in addition to working her way up the corporate ladder as an operations manager at a credit card call center.  

 

She moved back to Denver in 2004 and life took her on a journey of having two beautiful children, becoming a dance mom, a baseball mom, a massage therapist and opening her own massage practice in 2013.  After years of building her clientele and gaining experience in the field of medically inclined massage therapy, Emily was able to open her own Med Spa in Centennial, CO in January 2021.  At the same time, she created the Ilaria Entrepreneurial Investments LLC wherein the concept is to assist and mentor independent contractors build their own practice as she did in 2013.  

 

As the official massage therapist sponsor for the Mrs. Colorado Pageant for 8 years, Emily felt compelled to enter the Miss competition.  On June 5th2021 she competed for and won the title of Miss Colorado for America Strong and works closely with the Blue Bench Organization to advocate for Rape Prevention Education in our Middle and High schools as well as works within the capacity of the manager of the Denver Chapter of the Remember Betty Foundation, providing financial assistance to breast cancer patients and survivors.
