It's Emily's assertion that funds allocated to Marketing initiatives must bring in 1 customer per $1.00 paid.  It's insanity to pay a lump sum fee up front in the hopes that people will respond and patron your business. 

In order to achieve this, she created a program wherein those allocated funds generated from their referrals/sales will be rewarded to the sales team of high school students that will market the benefits of Ilaria Salon and Spa.

Emily will meet with high school cheerleading, dance, poms, gymnastics and other sports teams to teach sales techniques that will not only enable them to market Ilaria, but will provide them with lifetime skills in the field of business, marketing and sales.

The girls will earn $1.00 per customer/service that they refer to Ilaria.  A great deal of trending and systemic programming will be developed in order to keep track of the customers that are referred by the student.  Total funds for that team will be sent directly to the team coach to be utilized for various team events, tuition, competition fees, costumes/uniforms, travel expenses, etc.  ​

The top 10 students that produce the most sales will receive a free service from Ilaria.
