Seeking Massage Therapists, Hair Stylists, Estheticians interested in learning to operate their own practice/business in the future.  Earning commission for performing skilled level techniques, customer service and product sales through the Entrepreneurial Internship Program.

Our goal at Ilaria Salon-Med Spa is to enable all professionals financial freedom and will provide the education to build your clientele and skill level in order to go out on your own!

Sales Associate Compensation –

  • 10% commission for product sales for the first $1,000.00 in retail sales.

  • 15% commission for product sales for retail sales $1,001.00 to $5,000.00 in retail sales.

  • 20% commission for $5,001.00 and above in retail sales.

 

Entrepreneurial Internship Program –

Professional will receive education and ongoing consulting for a period of a year.  Industry professional (example:  Licensed Massage Therapist) will utilize massage techniques in order to demonstrate Ilaria LLC. Products, Services and Wellness Programs while conducting massage therapy sessions at the spa for a 40% commission.  Massage Therapist may also utilize the products and earn sales incentives/commissions for sessions they conduct outside the spa as well.

  • Ongoing business education and consulting including: 

    • Space/Suite Rental options associated with retail vs. Business Park vs. existing businesses.

    • Sales and Marketing strategies

    • Networking

    • Bookkeeping and tax filing

    • Business plans, resumes, interviewing 

 

  • Leads to help build clientele:

    • Therapist maintains a list of all clientele assigned.

    • Retention rates associated with clientele.

    • Rebooking marketing techniques

    • Cross-marketing networking

  • Tools for massage sessions:

    • Location, paid utilities

    • Table, Lotions/products

    • Available hours to conduct massages.

    • Hot Stones, Cupping Tools

    • Continuing Education Upgraded Massage Treatments (luxurious and medical)

    • Scheduling and Payment Software
